- Provide Louisiana youth the opportunity to play in leagues and tournaments at a first-class facility and have a unique baseball experience
- Provide a venue through camps, clinics and other instructional means to improve the baseball skills of younger players and to teach proper fundamentals and character
- Provide for the interaction of youth league players with present and former major league and college baseball players
